Environment

We are proud to emphasise both quality and sustainability. We use seasonal, sustainable, Fairtrade and organic ingredients where possible to ensure that our drinks are delicious and environmentally friendly. We create our own homemade products and forage for ingredients to help reduce our carbon footprint further and add to our unique ITM brand. We believe that quality shouldn't cost the Earth.

ITM: The Environment & You

ITM create unique flavours from foraging and combining the freshest ingredients with premium spirits and absolutely no refined sugars. We work seasonally and use ingredients from the garden and nature to develop sensational cocktails.

Try our Gorse infusion - subtle vanilla and coconut or our delicious crab apple and whiskey sour. We transform the humble dandelion to add its sunshine gold to some of our cocktails. We use organic coconut or Birch tree sap sugar which adds their own healthy boosting properties and buy local produce to keep our carbon footprint low.

Our Bars

Our mobile bars are upcycled or made from reclaimed wood and will match your party needs... from Beach Tiki to Roman Toga... or Black Tie to Day of the Dead... We have the vibe just right for you and twist 'n' shake our cocktails to match your theme.
