Those fragrant blooms of sweet Elderflowers are now finishing and my rather delicious Elderflower champagne infused with rose and a hint of strawberry if ready to pour. As the sun was hitting its golden hour I added some homemade Grenadine for a sunset glow...

All you need for Elderflower Champagne is a few blooms, lemons, champagne yeast or you can use Apple Cider Vinegar (with Mother) and water. There are many recipes on line. I also added fragrant rose petals and a few wild strawberries to give a sweet fruity note followed by the fragrant, refreshing bubbles.
