So here’s my passionate pick-me-up… organic Prosecco, a dash of passion fruit purée and the Sea Buckthorn.

Sea Buckthorn is a foraged superfood. This bright orange berry is packed full of antioxidants and omega 7! It serves up an intense citrus, passionfruit equivalent but without the airmiles! I’ll certainly be developing this in future recipes!!

Tangy with balanced exotic, sweet citrus notes and interesting herbal nose making this refreshingly light and quite moreish!
