Black Magic... the taste is quite frankly magical. The complimentary and complex notes of rose, lime and maple create a drink which doesn't need an ABV! I know, I surprised myself with this creation... but if you do want a cocktail I suggest using the recipe below but add some good quality vanilla vodka.

Activated charcoal

Lime

Maple syrup

Rose water

Egg white or aquafaba

Sparkling water

For a proper cocktail add 50ml vodka and reduce the sparkling water

Pour into a prepared glass rimmed with rose dust and garnish with pomegranate seeds and lime twists.
