What's In The Mix today?

Yesterday I had lovely walk along my local shore line, with the occasional sinking ankle deep into mud. Slightly squelchy I arrived at a rather nice country pub for a well-deserved pit-stop. Feeling rather glowing from my exertion, and the 15 layers I had put on, I order my go-to when it's warm and sunny, an Aperol Spritz. I sat looking over the glistening water, breathing in the salty spring air of late afternoon and enjoyed being in the moment.

Spritz as easy as 3:2:1

3 parts soda

2 parts prosecco (although I am slightly more generous at home!)

1 part Aperol...
