Getting ready for the Bank Holiday weekend... so fire up the chimenea; huddle up and muddle up a super fruity 'Raspberry Tipple'.

This gorgeous little libation is sweet and tangy and whether the sun shines or not it's a spot of summer in a glass (failing that it's one of your 5-a-day!)

I muddled raspberries in the shaker, added homemade dandelion vodka and my holy hand-grenade, Chambord, and muddled again. I popped in some aquafaba and optional lemon and shook vigorously for a smooth and silky citrusy finish... absolute bliss! Check out my tiktok video @inthem1x to see how to make this at home.
